The lyricist is Talysman The Ur-Beatle, the female vocalist is Kerri Hicks (we sent guide tracks and recorded takes back and forth over email). It’s a bit Stonesy, but more than a bit cod-Stonesy, which was kinda the point as Talysman’s challenge was to write a lyric that the Black Crowes might conceivably cover(!)
